transitio.index.links

transitio.index.links(path)

The cross-border edge table of the schema-7 index at path — every edge whose feed has no home country or whose place lies outside it, with feed_partition naming the partition holding the feed — or None when the index has none. Only the manifest and the links table (from schema 12 with its details) are read.
