Build a GTFS feed from scratch, one entity at a time.

Tables live as pandas DataFrames of strings in tables (keyed by filename); the add_* helpers append rows with the right columns, and save() writes the zip atomically and runs transitio’s validator over it (the routing-oriented rule subset, under canonical notice codes — not the full MobilityData validator). Direct DataFrame edits through tables are supported for anything the helpers do not cover.
